I personally have bought 2 Trucks and 1 Car so far. First Truck I bought was for my Business. I bought it through the auction site listed below. The car I bought was a GMC Sonoma, which had 5,000 miles on it when i got it. The work i was doing at the time caused me to drive all over central Illinois. I put over 400,000 miles on it before i let a friend borrow it. He totaled it and that was the end of that truck lol. I bought this truck for $4,900 so i got my moneys worth out of it.
So now i needed another truck this one was a Ford Ranger again another small truck but i did drive a lot. this one had 15,000 miles on it when i got it. again i drove the crap out of it.
this truck cost me $5,000 it was a great buy too since it was a work truck.
Now i wanted a car to play with, so i bought a Porsche 914. This car turned out to be drug seized and didn't run when i bought it. Yes, I knew it didn't run, but it only cost me $500 and it turned out that it was only 30 miles from my house. It only cost me $65 to have it towed back to my house. Now i had too fix it. well guess what it was? it was a fuel pump relay that was bad. It cost me $2.50 for that part. It was a fun car to drive, and when i sold it i made over $1,500! turned out too be a good investment too.
